Overview
FocusStreak is an offline-first habit tracker. Optional advertising, analytics, backup, online challenge, notification, photo, and purchase features use only the information needed for the feature you choose. Analytics and personalized ads are off by default.
Information you provide
FocusStreak stores habits, completion history, reminder settings, profile details, and app preferences that you enter. Core habit data is stored locally on your device.
If you connect Google Drive, Google provides basic account details and authorization needed to save and restore backups in your own Drive account. FocusStreak does not require a general app account for its core offline features.
If you use a photo for a profile or milestone card, the app accesses only the photo or camera content you choose. Notification permission is used for reminders you configure.
Analytics — off by default
Usage analytics is disabled by default. If you enable Usage Analytics in Settings, Firebase Analytics may process app events, device and app information, approximate location derived from network data, and diagnostics. Microsoft Clarity may process interaction data and session-replay information, including visible screen content.
You can turn Usage Analytics off at any time in Settings. FocusStreak then disables Firebase collection and pauses Clarity recording on that device. Analytics data collected before opt-out may remain with those providers according to their retention policies.
Advertising and tracking choices
The free app uses Google Mobile Ads. Ads are non-personalized by default. Google may process advertising data, device information, approximate location, product interaction, performance, and diagnostics to provide, secure, limit the frequency of, and measure ads.
Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for advertising consent before the first ad request. You can reopen applicable choices from Settings → Ad Privacy Choices.
On iOS, FocusStreak does not request App Tracking Transparency permission at launch. If you enable Personalized Ads and then choose to watch a rewarded ad, Apple may ask whether FocusStreak may use your device identifier to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. Declining does not block the app; ads remain non-personalized.
Purchases, cloud services, and service providers
Apple App Store or Google Play processes subscriptions and purchases. FocusStreak receives product, transaction, and entitlement information needed to unlock paid features, but does not receive your full payment-card details.
Depending on the features you use, data may be processed by Google (Mobile Ads, Firebase, Google Sign-In and Drive), Microsoft (Clarity), Supabase (online challenge services), Apple, and Google Play. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Retention, deletion, and security
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Google Drive backups remain in your Drive until you remove them. Online challenge or support records are retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
You can delete local FocusStreak data from the app and disconnect Google Drive in Settings. To request deletion of server-side data associated with an online feature, email us from the address associated with that feature.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not sell personal information.
Children and international users
FocusStreak is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your information. Contact us to exercise those rights.
